My professional journey began in corporate America, where I spent 17 years building my career from an entry-level role to Vice President of Field Technology at American Express. In that role, I led technology initiatives supporting financial advisors nationwide—gaining deep experience in strategy, operations, leadership, and driving results at scale.

Even during those years, I felt a growing pull toward building something of my own—something where I could have a more direct and meaningful impact. When my position was ultimately eliminated, it became the catalyst for that next chapter. Although I was retained for a year to lead special projects, the Vice President role was not reinstated, and it became clear it was time to fully step into the path I had been considering all along.

I launched my own business initially focused on technology consulting, but quickly realized something deeper—many business owners didn’t just need better systems; they needed clarity, structure, and a strategic path forward. That realization shaped the work I do today.

Through AMP Business Coaching & Consulting, I help small business owners turn ideas into actionable plans, navigate their time with intention, and build real momentum. My approach is a unique blend of strategy and accountability—because success isn’t just about knowing what to do, it’s about consistently doing it.

I’m also a proud stroke thriver, an experience that has strengthened my resilience, perspective, and appreciation for both life and business.

Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with family and enjoying motorsports and collector cars—anything with a little speed, power, and precision.
